Updating your custom feedback messages
To get to the Feedback page click on the Edit Feedback link on
the Wins Tab. On the Feedback page you can create, store, and
edit custom feedback messages. Your feedback messages are divided into three
categories positive, neutral, and negative. The
category under which a message is stored is also the feedback rating that will
be left on eBay if that message is used. For example, if you save the message
“Great eBayer A+++” in the positive feedback category, when this message is
left with an eBay user it will be left as positive feedback. The category under
which a message is saved decides the feedback rating (positive, neutral, or
negative) left when that message is used. For more info about feedback

Type your new message into the edit box in the Add New Feedback Message

when you search your wins, archived wins will not be displayed unless you
specifically search your archived wins folder.
